DIY Geometric Necklace

DIY Geometric Necklace

I love the geometric trend! This necklace is so easy to make! You could do it in all different colors, I think I may make one with silver, black, white, and grays soon! Look below for the tutorial.

Supplies:

  • Cardboard
  • Paint
  • Masking tape
  • Chain
  • Necklace closure
  • Eye pins
  • Glitter (optional)
  • Xacto knife
  • Paintbrush
  • Glue (elmers)
  • Glue (strong)

1) Draw out the shape of your necklace on the cardboard.

2) Cut it out with an Xacto knife.

3-1) For the painted triangles: Tape off one triangle, paint, let dry, and repeat.

3-2)For the glitter triangles: Tape off one triangle, paint on some glue, cover with glitter, let dry, and repeat. (Do the glitter triangles last so you’re not taking the glitter off when taping.)

4) Glue your eye pins on the back of each outer-top corner using your strong glue.

5) Connect chain to each eye pin and finish off with a necklace closure.
